My program focuses on a precise diet and training schedule that is extremely effective at building muscle while at the same time, maintaining a lean, low-fat appearance. The key is to train each muscle group separately and then give it time to recover. This is common knowledge, but what you don't want is to over-train the muscle when doing other exercises. This is where my schedule comes in to play:

            - Take 2-3 days off from the gym per week.
            - No cardio necessary.

It focuses on rest and not burning yourself out, which I see a lot of people do. You should have fun, or it's not worth your time (in my opinion). A commonly asked question is: "how soon will I see results?" If you stick to the plan (consistency is very important), you should start to see results within 2 or 3 weeks if not sooner. You will see substantial results within 2 or 3 months.
